Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, we offer mobile services within the greater Pittsburgh, PA region serving both North, South, and Central Pittsburgh. 

We do however offer unlimited range for our remote support if travel is not possible or preferred. 

There's a lot of support we can provide remotely, and we make it easy!

Solving computer and IT issues can be challenging without seeing it in person and that's why we love being there! 

For In-Person Mobile Support:

Upfront, we charge a fee of $149 for travel which includes 1 hour of diagnostics and support to come to your door and work with you on your issue for at least an hour. If we can solve it within that time-frame, great! 

Every effort will be made to be as efficient as possible. We will be very upfront when we arrive and diagnose the issue(s) and make sure you know exactly how our time is spent and how long we think it'll take.

Any additional time after that will be charged at $49 per hour.

For Remote Support:

Typical virtual support will be charged at $49 per hour. There's a lot that we can do remotely, and the time won't start until we get you connected and we're inside and working on your issue. We can also work simply via the phone if you're more comfortable with that.

Again, we will be very upfront and as efficient as possible.
